Please contact us immediately:

1. If there is any defect or issues regarding the product under warranty

2. For whatever reasons if there is an error and the product is not what you ordered

Please take note that we do not offer “Buy & Try” option, so please choose carefully.

Please call us at 8182 3325 or inform us using our Contact Us Page and we will response as soon as possible. Do kindly note that return or exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above.

For refund the customer must return the product unused/unopened/undamaged/and must be in the original packaging. We do not entertain any request for refund if you have already used the electrical product.

Cancellation of Order

We like to assist our customers in choosing the product they are looking for, if customer’s product has not yet been dispatched, customer are free to contact us and cancel the order. If you have already paid for your order, we will issue a full refund.

If the product already been dispatched and has not been received by customer, customer may cancel the order by contacting HealthyLifestyleSingapore.com of your intention by contacting us immediately at hp: 81823325.

Note on International Delivery

Local delivery is Free but for International orders we normally will inform you of the charges involved. We use Fedex or Speedpost  courier service for overseas orders.

Orders that are shipped overseas may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
